Built for MENA
Run a whole delivery marketplace, not five disconnected tools.
Restaurants take orders, riders get dispatched, and every fee, commission and cash hand-over lands in one ledger you can reconcile. Arabic and English, right-to-left throughout, VAT where it applies.
One workspace per operator. Your own domain, your own restaurants, your own riders — nothing shared with anyone else’s.
Ordering
Menus with options and add-ons, delivery or take-away, scheduled orders, guest baskets and a counter POS for walk-ins.
Dispatch
Delivery zones drawn on a map, riders offered work by proximity and load, live tracking and proof of delivery.
Money
Double-entry accounting behind every order: commission, delivery fees, rider earnings, cash collection and payouts.
Control
One administration panel per operator, a separate one per restaurant, and a permission model that decides who sees what.
Four audiences, four purpose-built surfaces
The same data underneath, presented to each of them the way they actually work.
Your operations team
The administration panel: everything the business runs on, in one place.
- Delivery zones drawn on a real map
- Restaurants, menus, categories and promotions
- A live dispatch board with rider positions
- Cash collection, payouts and expenses
Your restaurants
A panel of their own, scoped to their kitchen and nothing else.
- Accept, prepare and hand over orders
- Edit the menu, prices and stock
- Opening hours and an open/closed switch
- A counter POS for walk-in orders
Your riders
A mobile app that offers work and records what happened.
- Offers by proximity, with a fallback to the next rider
- Turn-by-turn hand-off and live location
- Proof of delivery and collected cash
- Earnings a rider can check themselves
The money is not a report — it is a ledger
Every order writes double-entry journal entries the moment it happens. Balances are derived from the journal rather than kept alongside it, entries are never edited (a correction is a reversal), and reconciliation is a query instead of a spreadsheet.
- Commission taken net of any VAT already inside the price
- Delivery fees split between the platform and the rider
- Cash on hand tracked per rider, settled per shift or per order
- Payouts generated on a cycle, with a statement behind every line
